About the warranty

This page checks products that Mercury Security Distribution has sold since April 2022. The warranty lasts 3 years from the date Mercury sold the product. Hikvision cameras (product codes starting DS-2C, DS-2DE, DS-2DF, DS-2TD or DS-2XE) are also covered for water ingress for 4 years.

Not found, or not sure? Contact Mercury and we'll look into it.

Your privacy

To stop misuse, we limit how many checks can be made in an hour. To do this, each check sends a random number made for this visit, and we count the checks from your internet address (IP address). We delete these counts within a day.
